描述
我们主要提供两种实心碳纤维板。第一种是由90度和45度织物组成的准各向同性碳纤维板。另一种类型是非准各向同性的，其中斜纹编织的方向为0°/90°。 XC碳纤维片材全部采用100%日本进口碳纤维布制成。不同表面的完美编织可供选择，包括平纹、2x2 编织、光面和哑光。碳纤维板专门应用于FPV、遥控飞机、汽车车身等。近年来，缠绕碳纤维增强聚合物板（CFRP）和粘贴角钢是当今钢筋混凝土柱加固工程中的两种常用方法。
XC碳纤维采用湿法工艺制造碳片。首先将碳纤维织物放置在预制模具中，然后利用真空压力将树脂注入模具中并与碳纤维结合。由于碳纤维布制造时已渗入树脂，因此两者的结合力强，比例控制性高。经过高温高压后，我们将得到高质量、精密的碳片。

Founded in 2008, our company only produce carbon plates. Carbon fiber materials are not widely used at that time, so it’s hard to explore the market. And the outbreak of the 2008 financial crisis also took much opportunities and challenges.
